Our products

We sell handmade soaps, candles, and bath soaks. Because each piece is made in small batches, color, shape, and finish may vary slightly. That is part of the product, not a defect.

Orders and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify payment. If we cancel, we will refund you.

Custom orders

Custom colors, labels, and event orders should be requested through our contact page before you check out. Once we begin making a custom order, it cannot be canceled except as described in our Refund Policy.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Use of the site

You may use this site to browse and purchase products. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the site, or to copy our content, photos, or product designs without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are for personal care and home use as described on each product page. Follow the care instructions provided. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Michelli Aromas is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
